Through our collaboration, we've secured an exclusive arrangement to acquire the dried mushrooms resulting from this process.

While we don't offer fresh mushrooms ourselves, our collaboration extends beyond a traditional buyer-supplier relationship. This unique partnership allows us access to their surplus dried mushrooms at exceptionally competitive prices. Growing dried specialty and functional mushrooms in the USA comes with higher production costs compared to Asia, making it rare for U.S. farms to cater specifically to the dried market. However, our partner farm, when faced with bumper crops, is willing to offer their excess dried mushrooms at cost or even below to ensure the full utilization of their production.

The result is a favourable pricing structure, coupled with outstanding quality. Our partner divides the mushrooms into 'florets' during the drying process, ensuring faster and uniform drying.
